How to Set up The Automation
Let's login to your RetentionX account:
- Navigate to Integrations & Automations and select Klaviyo by clicking Connect.
- Insert your credentials and confirm the login to your Klaviyo account to grant RetentionX access.
- Select all fields you would like to push to Klaviyo under Customer Data.
- Complete the setup via Finish.
The connected user must be an owner, admin, or manager in Klaviyo to ensure a seamless connection.
After importing and recalculating all key figures, your customer data is transferred to your Klaviyo account on a daily basis and can be found in the individual customer profiles labeled RX_fieldname.
