Also, this automation will make your data actionable: take all the insights gathered in RetentionX and automate your social ads creating target audiences & lookalike audiences to improve your targeting in customer acquisition. Let's get started!
How to Set up The Connection
Let's login to your RetentionX account:

- Navigate to Integrations & Automations and select Meta Ads by clicking Connect.
- Insert your credentials and confirm the login to your Meta Ads account to grant RetentionX access.
- Once you've created the connection between Meta Ads and RetentionX, you can edit it under Manage Connections.
- Navigate to Integrations & Automations and select Meta Ads by clicking Connect.
The connected user should have admin permissions in Meta Ads to ensure a seamless connection.
How to Use the Connection
After you have connected Meta Ads, you have two options:
- Enrich your RetentionX reporting with additional marketing details
- Create Facebook & Instagram audiences based on your segments in RetentionX
