How to Set up The Integration
Let's login to your RetentionX account:
- Navigate to Integrations & Automations and select TikTok from the list of integrations by clicking Connect.
- Insert your credentials and confirm the login to your TikTok account to grant RetentionX access.
- Once you've created the connection between TikTok Ads and RetentionX, you can edit it under Manage Connections.
How to Use the Connection
After you have connected TikTok, you have two options:
- Enrich your RetentionX reporting with additional marketing details
- Create TikTok audiences based on your segments in RetentionX
