Push customer segments back to your Shopify store to customize the shopping experience for your most important customer segment by, e.g. showing them selected products, granting them early access to promotions, or lowering their free-shipping threshold. Let's get started!
How to Set up The Automation
To push back data to your Shopify store, we will need the appropriate access permission.
- Navigate to Integrations and Automations.
- Select Connect on the Shopify widget, and follow the prompt to create a connection.
- You will then be taken to your Shopify account and will be asked to log in.
- Click Update app to allow RetentionX to edit your customers' profile.
- Once authorized, you will be redirected back to RetentionX, and your automation will be shown under Connected Tools.
After you've connected your account, you can select the customer segment you want to push back to your Shopify account. Learn how!
