With our Gorgias integration, you can enhance RetentionX with your support ticket data from Gorgias. Create dynamic segments based on your customers' last ticket tags, e.g. to re-engage with unhappy but high-value customers using special offers. Let's get started!
How to Set up The Integration
To integrate with Gorgias, login to your RetentionX account:
- Navigate to Integrations & Automations and select Gorgias from the list of integrations by clicking Connect.
- Proceed by entering your Gorgias subdomain.
- You will then be redirected to the Gorgias App Store where you will click Install on the RetentionX app.
- Confirm the connection by selecting Authorize app.
- And that's it! You are redirected back to your RetentionX account.
Once connected, your ticket data is transferred on a daily basis from Gorgias to your RetentionX account and can be found in the individual customer profiles under Tickets.
