How to Set up The Automation
To integrate with Attentive, we will need access permission in order to successfully connect your account.
- Navigate to Integrations and Automations
- Select Connect on the Attentive widget, and follow the prompt to continue
- You will then be taken to your Attentive account and will be asked to log in
- Authorize the permission access
- Once authorized, you will then be redirected back to RetentionX, and your automation will be shown under Connected Tools
After you've connected your account you also have the ability to manage your audiences by either editing or deleting segments pushed to Attentive.
