How to Connect Mailchimp

Create email campaigns based on your customers' buying behavior, churn probability, LTV, and more. Connect Mailchimp with RetentionX and help your Marketing and Sales teams target the right customers at the right time.

 

How to Set up The Automation

To integrate with Mailchimp, let's login to your RetentionX account:

  1. Navigate to and select Mailchimp by clicking Connect

  2. Confirm the login to your Mailchimp account and allow RetentionX access to it

  3. Select the audience you would like to sync with RetentionX.

  1. Choose all fields you would like to push to Mailchimp under Customer Data.

Please note that Mailchimp generally only allows a maximum of 30 custom fields. So if you have already added custom fields either through other integrations or manually, you may be limited in the number of fields you can create by RetentionX.

  1. Decide whether the newly added contacts should be created with the status Subscribed.

  2. Complete the setup via Finish.

RetentionX uses the customers' email addresses as the unique identifier.

After importing and recalculating all key figures, your customer data is transferred to your Mailchimp account on a daily basis and can be found in the individual contact profiles labeled [RX]:
