How to Set up The Automation
To integrate with Zendesk, let's login to your RetentionX account:
- Navigate to Integrations & Automations and select Zendesk from the list of integrations by clicking Connect.
- Insert your Zendesk subdomain under New Zendesk subdomain.
- Add another connection if required.
- Confirm the login to your Zendesk account to allow RetentionX access to it.
So that RetentionX can push information to Zendesk the user who connected RetentionX with the Zendesk account have to be an administrator.
- Select all fields you would like to push to Zendesk under Export Settings > Customer Data.
- Complete the setup via Save.
After importing and recalculating all key figures, your customer data is transferred to your Zendesk account on a daily basis and can be found in the individual customer profiles labeled [RX] Field Name.
Please note that RetentionX uses the customers' email addresses as the unique identifier.
