Send Test Events for Faster Flow Setup
You can now send a test event to Klaviyo directly from RetentionX after enabling an event push for your RetentionX-powered email and SMS flows. RetentionX creates a test profile (test@retentionx.com) and sends the selected event with sample data, so you can preview the event properties and start building your flow right away.
Audience Builder
Improved Audience Handling
We improved how RetentionX handles disconnected or deleted advertising integrations. When a Google, Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest integration is deleted, synced audiences are deactivated and no longer update. This change is now reflected across the interface, and affected audiences are removed from the Audience Builder overview to keep audience statuses clear and up to date.
