Dashboards
Changed Growth Rates Calculation
Dashboard growth rates for incomplete time periods, such as this year, are now calculated by comparing the current period-to-date with the same period last year.
Previously, these comparisons relied on a run-rate projection for the current period, which could underrepresent performance if stronger sales periods were still expected later in the period.
Dashboards
Automatic Live Dashboard Creation
As soon as conversion tracking is set up and RetentionX starts tracking events, we automatically create a Live Dashboard that gives you a real-time overview of your website traffic and conversions.

New Replenishment Reminder Settings
With (Late) Replenishment Reminder events, perfectly timed reorder nudges can be automated in Klaviyo. The new settings offer more flexibility when defining eligible replenishment products, for example by product tag. You can now also define which customers should be considered when calculating replenishment times and pushing replenishment events.

Order Extras Settings
Order extras allow you to exclude non-core products, such as fees, protection products, samples, or other add-ons, from selected analyses. In addition to defining specific products, you can now set up order extras more dynamically by using “contains” patterns. For example, all product titles containing “sample” can automatically be flagged as order extras.

Claude Integration
RetentionX now supports Claude connectivity for Core and Growth plans. Through the RetentionX MCP, Claude can access structured RetentionX analytics, including cohorts, customer lifetime value, segment performance, and repeat purchase behavior.
This allows users to explore their data and ask follow-up questions in natural language, without having to manually navigate each report.
