You have multiple stores for different locations, but would like to manage the data of all stores in one RetentionX account? Don't worry, this is not a problem at all with Multi-Store Plus.

• Aggregated reporting across all stores. With the help of our robust segmentation builder, RetentionX still offers an individual view on each store.
• Different currencies are converted to one currency of your choice. Our daily currency converter works with real-time exchange rates and also converts all historical data accordingly.
• Identical customers from the different stores are detected and merged into one customer profile.
• Of course, one RetentionX account also makes only one billing.

How it Works

To connect multiple stores, all you need to do is activate the Multi-Store Plus add-on for the account that you want to be billed under My Plan. After that, we will contact you and ask you to provide us with this information:

• Stores: Name of the stores you want to merge.
  
  
• Timezone: As your stores may be located in different time zones, let us know which timezone you want us to use for overnight imports and email reports.
  
  
• Currency: In case your stores are operating in different currencies, let us know in which currency all data should be converted. We will report the data in one unified currency.
  
  
• Customer Merge: As your customers might have purchased from your different stores, let us know if we should merge customers from your shops with the same email address.

In preparation, please install the RetentionX app for all other stores that are to be merged.
