If you are using our custom integration, our data import functionality allows you to bulk add and update order data in your RetentionX account by importing a CSV file.
Once orders have been imported, you cannot delete them by simply excluding them from the next import file. Instead, you can delete all imported data and start fresh by following these steps:
Only account owners and admins can delete imported data.
- Navigate to Data Import.
- Open the Danger Zone.
- Click on Delete to remove all previously imported data. All settings, segments, and integrations remain intact.
After initiating the deletion process, it may take a few minutes to clean up your RetentionX account. Once completed, your account will be ready for your next import.
Remember to always change the file names and avoid uploading a file with the same name, even after deleting previously imported data—this can cause your import to get stuck.
