How it Works
To connect multiple stores, simply activate a RetentionX account for each Shopify store you’d like to manage under one account. Once that’s done, reach out to your Account Strategist (or contact success@retentionx.com) and share the following details:
Stores: Name of the stores you want to merge.
Timezone: As your stores may be located in different time zones, let us know which timezone you want us to use for overnight imports and email reports.
Currency: In case your stores are operating in different currencies, let us know in which currency all data should be converted. We will report the data in one unified currency.
Customer Merge: As your customers might have purchased from your different stores, let us know if we should merge customers from your shops with the same email address.
