How it Works
Predictions and forecasts are included in the Growth plan, so no separate add-on is required. Once your account is on Growth, RetentionX automatically starts inspecting your data, identifying key attributes, and selecting the right algorithms for your predictions and forecasts.
RetentionX then trains and optimizes your customized models. Once the models are ready, forecasts, predictions, and product recommendations become available throughout RetentionX and are labelled with .
If Klaviyo is connected, customer-level product recommendations can also be used to trigger and personalize your Next Best Offer flow, so customers receive timely recommendations based on their predicted next purchase behavior.
