Subscriptions are directly managed in your RetentionX account.

View your plan subscription
To view your plan subscription, navigate to the Settings > My Plan.
You must be an admin or account owner to view subscription information for your RetentionX account.
The plan summary includes:
- Your number of active customers, which determine the monthly rate for RetentionX Core
- The next billing date
- An estimate of your total costs, including add-ons
Change your plan subscription
While RetentionX Core contains everything most brands will need, other brands might require more. Therefore, you have the option to adapt RetentionX to your individual needs by adding more functionality. The following add-ons are available:

The add-ons can be easily activated in the account. In case of any doubt, please reach out to us.
Cancel your plan subscription
In some cases, you may want to cancel your RetentionX subscription. If you have connected RetentionX directly to your e-commerce platform by installing our app, you can simply uninstall the RetentionX app from your store to cancel the subscription. Please read more here.
