View your plan subscription
If you ever want to understand which plan you’re currently on, how your billing is calculated, or when your next charge will occur, you can find all of this information in one place. To view your plan details, navigate to Settings → My Plan.
As you start using RetentionX more deeply, you may want to unlock additional functionality, higher limits, or more advanced capabilities. RetentionX offers three plans designed to support brands at different stages of growth.
Starter
Designed for brands getting started with customer analytics. It includes advanced insights, reports, segmentation, and select automations.Core
Built for teams that want to activate their data across tools. It adds RX Identity, marketing intelligence, additional automations, and higher segmentation and audience limits.Growth
Designed for data-driven brands operating at scale. It includes AI-powered predictive modeling, higher limits, and dedicated Slack support.

You can change your RetentionX plan whenever your needs change. All plan changes take effect immediately, so you can start using newly unlocked features right away.
Cancel your plan subscription
We understand that RetentionX may not always be the right solution forever. If you decide to cancel your subscription, the process depends on how RetentionX is connected to your business.
If you have connected RetentionX directly to your e-commerce platform by installing our app, you can simply uninstall the RetentionX app from your store to cancel the subscription. Please read more here.
