How to Create Segments
After connecting your Klaviyo account to RetentionX, you're now ready to start creating segments based on your RetentionX insights.
Once all data is successfully transferred to your Klaviyo account, all customer profiles will contain the additional insights labeled with RX_fieldname. They will be updated every day.
To create your segments in Klaviyo, e.g. based on a RetentionX segment, all you have to do is the following:
- Create the segment from which you want to create an audience.
- Ensure to select "Segments" as a field to transfer to Klaviyo.
- In Klaviyo, access Lists & Segments > Create List/Segment > Segment.
- Choose the definition Properties about someone.
- Select the property RX_segments in the Dimensions field.
- Insert the name of the RetentionX segment as Dimension Value.
