You would like to enrich your RetentionX account with additional data? Don't worry, this is not a problem at all with Import Plus. At present we offer the following importer:

As Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) is a key financial metric to analyze the profitability of your customers, ensure to capture their complete history properly.

• The COGS import provides an easy way to transfer COGS directly to RetentionX, regardless of what is stored in your eCommerce platform.
• Factor in any COGS changes, such as economies of scale, to determine the true LTV over time. eCommerce platforms usually do not allow tracking the evolution of your COGS, only the current value.
• All historical value calculations are updated based on the imported COGS.
• Our team not only takes care of thoroughly validating your import file, but also performs the import itself and verifies it afterwards.
• The COGS can be modified as often as needed to reflect changes - we take care of everything.

How it Works

To import your COGS, all you need to do is activate the Import Plus add-on under My Plan. After that, we will contact you to prepare the our import template. Find all the information on how to prepare here.
