Based on the segments created in RetentionX, you can target audiences with specific ads, use them as input for a similar audience, or as an exclusion group.
How to Create Audiences
The RetentionX User must have Standard or Admin roles to sync segments with Google Ads
After connecting your Google account to RetentionX, it's more than easy to sync your audiences.
- Navigate to Customer Segments.
- Hover over Create Audience for the segment you want to use as audience
- Choose Google Ads.
- Select the ad account for which you want to create the audience.
- Confirm by clicking Create Audience.
Alternatively, you can create your audiences in the Google connection settings under Audience Sync.
And that's it! After creation, it can take up to 24 hours for the audience to be created in Google Ads.
To target specific audiences and create similar audiences in Google Ads accounts need 90 days of ads history and more than USD $50,000 total lifetime spend.
